As an small business owner, an HR professional, manager or team leader, you can learn to identify the hidden signs of employee "disengagement" in this 2-day workshop.

Your employees are arguable your most valuable resource. That is why it is essential to do what is in your power to keep good employees motivated and contributing to your organization. After we discuss the overall corporate cost of employee disengagement, we will take a closer look at both the deliberation and disengagement processes employees go through.

In addition to identifying the most frequent reasons people disengage in the workplace, the group analyzes a range of best practice strategies that improve company performance by proactively increasing employee satisfaction, growth and retention rates.

You will also have an opportunity to share specific examples of disengagement within your organization and invite feedback and suggestions for effective counter-strategies from the group.

This workshop will be conducted in English or German - as requested.
